SPIRIT DETAILS

Our Beespoke Gin is a grape to glass spirit distilled from grapes harvested for us in the Fingerlakes region of NY State. We distill and infuse it with juniper berries, coriander and pollinator friendly botanicals including milkweed which is essential to Monarch Butterflies. We proof this aromatic spirit with mountain spring water from our land, and don’t chill filter it. This leaves all it’s delectable flavors untouched, making it complex, elegant and balanced. Beespoke Is an aromatic, floral gin with hints of elderberry, sweet grape, juniper and citrus.
